healing belongs to you.
Therapy for queer/LGBTQIA2S+ and neurodivergent teens and adults navigating trauma, eating disorder recovery, and chronic illness.
Therapy for complex humans with complex bodies.
Maybe you’ve been told you’re “too much.”
Or maybe you’ve spent years trying to figure out why life feels harder for you than it seems for everyone else.
Many of my clients—especially queer and neurodivergent teens and adults—come to therapy exhausted from trying to make themselves fit in systems that were never built for them.
Trauma. Identity. Relationships. Chronic illness. A brain that does its own thing.
It’s a lot to carry alone.
You don’t have to.
Alicia Weller, MA, NCC, LPC
Hey!
I’m Alicia Weller (she/they)!
As a queer and neurodivergent therapist in eating disorder recovery and living with chronic illness, I bring both clinical training and lived experience into the therapy room.
I also understand how complicated it can be to live in a body that doesn’t always behave the way you want it to—whether that’s through chronic illness, disability, or the long-term effects of stress and trauma.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and curious. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a space where you can be honest, messy, and human without having to explain or justify who you are.
There’s room here for depth, humor, and the real work of healing.
*the name on my licensure is Alicia Cornwell
The ✨vibe✨ I bring to the therapy room:
Human, Relaxed, & Real
Therapy with me is chill and conversational. We’re two humans in the room. I use humor, pop culture, and what’s happening in the world to make sessions feel grounded, relatable, and real.
Curious and Direct
I’ll wonder with you, ask questions, and stay genuinely curious. I’ll also be naming what’s being avoided, missed, or danced around. Compassion and honesty live side by side here.
Flexible & Creative
Therapy works when your nervous system is cared for and not constantly overwhelmed. We’ll slow down, shift, or adapt as needed so your system feels supported, not pushed.
I am currently based in Austin, Texas. I offer virtual services for anyone in Texas and in-person services located in North Austin.
