I’m glad you made it!
I’m a healer, intuitive, creative, and endlessly curious human who cares deeply about healing, connection, and the messy, meaningful experience of being alive.
I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by anxiety and stress, unsure where to turn, and longing for support that actually feels human.
Therapy has been a powerful part of my own healing journey, and it’s one of the reasons I do this work.
Growth and change are possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
How Did I Get Here?
I didn’t always know I would become a therapist. But looking back, the pieces were always there.
I’ve always been drawn to stories — through theatre, music, art, and the lived experiences of the people around me. That curiosity about people’s inner worlds continues to shape how I show up as a therapist: with compassion, curiosity, and a deep belief that you are more than the challenges you’re facing.
Before becoming a therapist, I studied theatre and worked in creative spaces. That background still influences how I approach therapy today. Creativity, metaphor, and storytelling can sometimes help us access parts of ourselves that are harder to reach through words alone.
Who I Work With
Much of my work centers around people navigating the intersection of identity, trauma, neurodivergence, eating disorder recovery, and chronic illness.
My approach is relational and nervous-system informed. Together we focus on building practical skills for regulation and insight while also making space for the deeper experiences that shape your life.
I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating:
Anxiety and depression
Traumatic experiences and Complex Trauma
Identity exploration and discovery (including LGBTQ+ identity)
Neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, masking, burnout)
Chronic illness, disability and complex health experiences
Body image and eating disorder recovery
Life transitions and feeling stuck in old patterns
I practice from a Health at Every Size® and body-liberation–affirming lens, with a commitment to challenging diet culture and harmful societal expectations. I value accessibility, cultural humility, and creating an inclusive space where you can feel seen, heard, and accepted.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m still a creative at heart. Music, theatre, storytelling, and art have always been ways I make sense of the world, and they continue to be an important part of my life.
You can often find me singing, working on creative projects, or getting lost in a good piece of theatre, film or TV. I consider myself a ‘collector of crafts’ and love to explore new ways of making and creating.
I also love slow mornings with coffee, discovering cozy spots around Austin, and spending time with my wife, my community, and the people who make life feel meaningful. I’m also a certified cat lady with four amazing furballs at home.
Living with chronic health conditions has also taught me a lot about pacing, rest, and listening to my body — lessons that shape how I think about healing and care both inside and outside the therapy room.
